To be considered, a request must meet all the criteria listed below. Decisions remain subject to OYELI’s mission and available resources, with no automatic entitlement to support. Consult the Contact page for available channels.
- A request related to education, reading, culture or solidarity.
- The request concerns a child, young person, vulnerable group or committed organisation.
- A need that is described and verifiable.
